The Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce is comprised

The Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce (MBCC) along with the Miami Beach
Visitor & Convention Authority has set forth a plan to stimulate
business and raise the visibility of the Miami Beach brand with a value
that is unique, exciting and easily utilized; The Miami Beach INcard.
The INcard is a FREE discount card that can be used at local Miami Beach
and South Florida MBCC member businesses. All Miami Beach residents
are eligible to receive a black Miami Beach INcard. Visitors, tourists
and non-residents of Miami Beach are eligible for a platinum Miami Beach
INcard. The cards will have no expiration date.
